Explores opportunities to utilize City-owned sites to achieve a variety of strategic goals and public benefits. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals is underway from qualified consultants/consulting firms, with architectural and urban design expertise in multi-unit residential and mixed-use redevelopment, to complete a Feasibility and Conceptual Design Study (the "Project") which explores opportunities to utilize City-owned sites to achieve a variety of strategic goals and public benefits. The work will include research, program planning, creation of redevelopment scenarios and conceptual designs, evaluation of concepts, and cost estimates as well as presentations and workshops with key internal staff. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
