three (3) years, with two (2), one-year options to extend/renew. CSUN may reject any or all proposals and may waive any immaterial deviation in a proposal. CSUN's waiver of an immaterial defect shall in no way modify the RFP documents or excuse the Proposer from full compliance with the specifications if the Proposer(s) is(are) awarded the contract. Proposals that include terms and conditions other than CSUN's terms and conditions may be rejected as being non-responsive. In the event all proposals are rejected or CSUN determines alternative solutions are in its best interest, CSUN may cancel this solicitation and pursue alternative sourcing options
