The exterior should have 5 LED can lights under the eve and should be on a photocell. o 4-inch gutters on each side. o Door closer on the bathroom door to meet ADA requirements. o Mini Split heat pump system with 2 ceiling units (one in each room with remote control thermostats. o Plumbing for 1 handicapped bathroom with handrails and baby changing station. o One drinking/bottle filling station on the front of the building o The bathroom should have a metering faucet on the sink, hand dryer, soap dispensers, and ADA commodes. o Paint inside and outside of the building (color to be chosen by city). o Hook up all utilities/water, sewer, and electric are on site. o Taps and meters provided by the City. o Straw and seed the area that is damaged from construction.
