**As of May 17, 2024, project was awarded to Corrective Asphalt Materials, LLC, in the amount of $487,921.20.** The project involves roadway surface sealing. The majority of the work includes the application of a maltene based asphalt rejunivating agent. The provisions of MN Statute 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. BIDS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED BY SUBMITTING AN ELECTRONIC BID USING BIDVAULT at https://bidvault.mn.uccs.com NO HARD COPY BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Instructions on submitting a bid electronically can be found on the bidVAULT website. The cost to submit a bid is $25 (plus online payment vendor convenience fee) Questions received less than two (2) days prior to the date of opening of Bids may not be answered. The 2024 Surface Seal Project shall include the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to complete the application of the Maltene Based Rejuvenating Agent, street sweeping, cleanup and appurtenant work as shown on the Plans and specified herein.
