Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lakeville, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of 02/05/2021 The project will get completed over the Summer of 2021. Submit any questions regarding 2021 Lighting Retrofit Projects Lakeville North High School, McGuire Middle School, Christina Huddleston Elementary School and and and Crystal Lake Education Center in writing by January 26, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. Please direct all questions to: Dangelo Gayle, dgayle@dlrgroup.com. Make proposals on the bid forms supplied in the Project Manual. No oral, telegraphic or telephonic proposals or modifications will be considered. If you only view documents, you can still be put on the Plan Holders List by emailing Susan Trousdale at strousdale@dlrgroup.com This Bid Package includes: electrical lighting retrofit of interior building light fixtures including lighting controls. Submit with each bid, a certified check or acceptable bidders bond payable to Independent School District #194 in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Performance Bond. Bids may not be withdrawn within thirty (30) days after the scheduled time of opening bids, without the consent of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject any or all bids, or parts of such bids, and waive informalities or irregularities in bidding.
