The Palm Beach County Housing Authority (PBCHA) acting for itself, instrumentalities and/or affiliates is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to engage a contractor to provide construction services for the exterior door replacement at Schall Landing Apartments, located at 2402 Schall Circle, West Palm Beach, FL 33417. The Schall Landing Apartments site consists of one-hundred and fifty-two (152) exterior doors at seventy-six (76) units within fourteen (14) buildings. The IFB is labeled Exterior Door Replacement at Schall Landing Apartments. All questions shall be submitted in writing ten (10) days prior to closing on March 26, 2024, to the attention of: Juan Gomez Project Manager jgomez@chisholmarchitects.com. Offerors assume sole and full responsibility for the timely delivery of bids. Late bids will not be considered. Bids must be clearly marked with the solicitation number, closing date and time, bidders name, address, and contact information. Question Deadline 03/26/2024
