General Description of the Project: Remove and replace light fixtures. Project Location: 7715 Forest Hill Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL The contractor must submit the Qualification Application at least 10 days before the Quote/Bid Due Date in order for its quote/bid to be considered. Palm Beach County reserves the right to waive any bid irregularities, informalities, or technical deficiencies and to reject any and all quotes/bids. This Quote/Bid is to furnish all material, labor, supervision, permits and supplies necessary and reasonably incidental to remove and replace light fixtures per the project requirements provided by Capital Improvements Division in this Invitation for Quote/Bid at Attachment "C" and all exhibits and addenda thereto. Work is to be done under the terms and conditions of Palm Beach County's Annual Contract - Electrical Services, and pursuant to the conditions of the Work Order, both of which are incorporated into the Contract Documents by reference. To remove and replace light fixtures per the project requirements provided below and Exhibits "1": a. Remove and properly dispose of existing metal halide light fixtures. b. Install new light poles as outlined in "Exhibit 1" c. Install new LED light fixtures in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by JLRD, Inc. Refer to Exhibits "1" and "2".
