Notice of the cancellation will be posted on the ESBD. Bidders are responsible for monitoring the ESBD frequently for notices regarding this Solicitation. People with disabilities who wish to attend the pre-bid meetings and require auxiliary aids or services should contact the Sole Point of Contact identified in Section 6.1 (Sole Point of Contact and Communications), at least seventy-two (72) hours before the meeting in order to have reasonable accommodations made by HHSC. HHSC reserves the right to change, amend, or modify this Solicitation prior to the Response Deadline indicated in the Procurement Schedule (cover page of this Solicitation). Changes, amendments and modifications will be processed through one or more Addendum. HHSC will conduct two mandatory on-site visits at the location specified below on the dates and times identified in the Procurement Schedule (cover page of this Solicitation) or on the dates and times established in subsequent Addenda. The on-site visits will include a review of the solicitation requirements as well as a walk-through of the facility.
