Remodeling of a transportation facility in Big Spring, Texas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a runway / taxiway.

This project includes the replacement of existing 120 FT x 25 FT sliding hangar doors with a 100 FT x 25FT vertical lift strap bifold hangar door. The project includes the removal of the existing door and associated support track and accessories, installation of 10 FT X 25 FT exterior wall infill with metal paneling on either side of the new bifold door, structural steel support frame with footings, installation of new bifold door with metal paneling, and new 480v dedicated electrical service for bifold door. WORK INCLUDED A. Construct work as described in the Contract Documents. 1. Provide materials, equipment, and incidentals required to make the project completely operable. 2. Provide the labor, equipment, tools, and consumable supplies required for a complete project. 3. Provide the civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and all other work required for a complete and operable project. 4. Test and place the completed project in operation. 5. Provide the special tools, spare parts, lubricants, supplies, or other materials as required for the operation and maintenance of the Project. 6. Drawings and Specifications may not indicate or describe all of the work required to complete the project. Additional details required for the completion of the project are to be provide by the CONTRACTOR and coordinated with the ENGINEER. BIDDER hereby agrees to commence WORK under this contract on or before a date to be specified in the NOTICE TO PROCEED and to fully complete the PROJECT within 150 consecutive calendar days.
