Site work and paving for a civil project in Longview, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The deadline to ask questions is 3/22/2024 5:00 PM CST The project consists of the reconstruction of approximately 1,200 square yards of pavement, new concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer facilities, drainage infrastructure, and related appurtenances. The Owner strongly encourages the participation of minority business enterprises in all contracts or procurements let by City of Longview for goods and services. To that end, all contractors and suppliers are encouraged to utilize minority business enterprises in the purchase or subcontracting of materials, supplies and services in which minority-owned businesses are available. All contractors/subcontractors that are debarred, suspended, or otherwise excluded from or ineligible for participation on federal assistance programs may not undertake any activity in part or in full under this project. Time of completion shall be ninety (90) calendar days, including Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays. IN CASE of ambiguity or lack of clearness stating the price in the bids, the Owner reserves the right to consider the most advantageous construction thereof or to reject the bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any or all informalities, and to award the contract to the bidder or bidders who, in the opinion of the Owner, offers the proposal to the best interest of same
