Bids are requested for various stone and aggregate materials to be furnished to Homer Township during the 2024 construction season. Bid prices for the various stone and aggregate materials shall be through December 31, 2024, at the unit prices bid. Homer Township requests pricing per ton for the following listed materials, in the estimated annual volumes set forth below, delivered to the Homer Township Garage at 12004 Greenwich Road, Homerville, Ohio 44235: Material/Estimated Volume #57A Limestone 3,000 to 5,000 tons #57 Bluestone 2,000 tons #8 Limestone Up to 1,000 tons #411 Limestone 100 to 500 tons #304 Limestone 100 to 500 tons To submit a bid, a formal bid packet must be filled out entirely. All bids must be filed in a sealed envelope clearly marked, "2024 Homer Township Aggregate Bid", at the time and date set forth above. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check on a solvent bank in the amount of $100.00, conditioned that the bidder, if his bid is accepted, shall execute a contract in conformity to this notice and their bid. Bids may be awarded to multiple suppliers for purposes of availability and location. The Board of Trustees of Homer Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
