Fourth St. SW Stormwater Improvement Phase II The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to construct, but not limited to the following: 1,473 LF of 48 ADS N-12, 58 LF of 36 ADS N-12, 125 LF of 18 ADS N-12, 11 LF of 12 ADS N-12, 42 LF of 8 SDR-35 sanitary sewer, 479 lf of 6 SDR-35 sanitary sewer, (3) 2x2 catch basins, (4) ODOT Type 3 Curb Inlets, (10) 6 storm manholes, (1) 5 storm manhole, (1) 4 storm manhole, (3) 4 sanitary manholes. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Tuscarawas County, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Bureau of Wage and Hour Administration, 614.644.2239. Bids shall be subject to the condition that the right is reserved to hold bids for a period not longer than 60 days after date of opening and to award at any time during that period. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to increase, to decrease or omit any items or items and/or to award to the lowest and responsible, responsive bidder.
