Reprofiling/Resurfacing This project consists of Reprofiling/Resurfacing approximately 29.184 miles of Tuscarawas County Roads, Township Roads and City and Village Streets. The Tuscarawas County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received. The locations of the roads to be resurfaced are indicated on the cover sheets of the plans. The scope of the project consists of preparation work as outlined herein, resurface with 301 Bituminous Aggregate Base and 402 and 404 Asphalt Concrete in accordance with 1997 ODOT specifications on portions of Roads as indicated on the plans and to place 617 compacted aggregate or asphalt grindings as directed on all County roads only where indicated or as directed by the Project Supervisor. Pushing back of County Roads in preparation for application of surface course will be performed by Tuscarawas County.
