Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in New Philadelphia, Ohio. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and playground / park / athletic field.
Project consists of demolition of existing play equipment, surfacing, fencing, and structures; and installation of new play equipment surfacing, fencing, and other work indicated in the contract documents. TuscBDD reserves the right to reject any and all bids without disclosure of a reason and to waive any informalities or irregularities. Scope of Work: installation and maintenance of highway and street lighting, highway and street sign lighting, electronic message boards and traffic control systems, camera systems, traffic signal work, substation and line construction including overhead and underground projects for private and industrial work as in accordance with the IBEW Constitution. This Agreement includes the operation of all tools and equipment necessary for the installation of the above projects.
