Site work for a water / sewer project in Landis, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Town of Landis requests a Statement of Qualifications from qualified engineering firms for the professional services associated with the design and construction of the Patterson Road - Flat Rock Road Waterline in Landis, North Carolina. The project involves the installation of approximately 9,500linear feet of 8-inch waterline from the current 8-inch dead-end waterline adjacent to South Rowan High School, west along Patterson Road, then south along Flat Rock Road and tying into an existing12-inch waterline at the Mount Moriah Church/Cannon Farms Road intersection. The project is being funded through appropriations from the NC Legislature and administered by the NC Division of Water Infrastructure. The full Statement of Qualifications can be found on the Town of Landis website. The Town of Landis reserves the right to select the company that best meets its needs and negotiate a final Scope of Work that reflects the work to be done. All companies submitting a proposal will receive notification once the contract has been awarded. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
