As of June 17, 2025, this project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been set yet. The Town of Landis requests a Statement of Qualifications from qualified engineering firms for the professional services associated with the S. Upright Street Pump Station Upgrades in Landis, North Carolina. The project will involve engineering and construction phase services for upgrading the capacity of the S. Upright Street Pump Station from a 427 GPM station to a 600 GPM station. The project will also include replacing the existing 100kW standby generator with a new 125 kW generator. The 125-kW generator and transfer switch will be provided, do not include the cost of this equipment in the proposal. Services will include engineering design, electrical design, bidding, construction administration, construction observation, and project certification.
