The City of Las Vegas (Owner) is seeking bids for Strong Start Academy Elementary School Expansion. The Work of the project includes a tenant improvement of 3,678SF on the second floor of the existing Strong Start Academy Elementary School which includes the expansion of 4 existing classrooms into 6 classrooms. The work in the classrooms includes demo of interior demising walls and installation of two new shear walls on each side of the hallway, creating a total of six classrooms. The work also includes new floor finishes throughout, new HVAC equipment, and reconfiguration of existing ducts. The work in the existing hallway includes removing and replacing the floor finishes, two new doors and the addition of classroom signage. The Scope is described more fully in the Bid Documents.
