2024 Asphalt Seal Coat Project, which includes the application of a single asphalt seal coat, polymer modified on various roads in Harbor creek, Greene, North East, Venango, McKean, Waterford, Amity, LeBoeuf, Greenfield, Springfield, Conneaut, Elk Creek, Summit, Union, Concord, Franklin and Fairview Townships and Union City, Waterford and Wesley Ville Boroughs. The asphalt seal coat must be completed in a single pass (full width) without a longitudinal joint or seam. Prices for the application of an asphalt surface treatment, an asphalt seal coat over asphalt millings and a modified single seal coat for certain municipalities are also solicited. Proposals must be upon forms furnished by the Township. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid made payable to Harbor creek Township. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
