As of April 22, 2025, the project has been awarded to Suit-Kote Corporation but awarded amount is not available. Asphalt Seal Coat Project, which includes the application of a single asphalt seal coat, polymer modified on various roads in Harborcreek, Greene, North East, Venango, McKean, Waterford, Amity, LeBoeuf, Greenfield, Springfield, Conneaut, Elk Creek, Summit, Union, Wayne, Franklin and Fairview Townships and Girard, Waterford, Platea, Union City and Wesleyville Boroughs. The asphalt seal coat must be completed in a single pass (full width) without a longitudinaljoint or seam. Prices for the application of an asphalt surface treatment, an asphalt seal coat over asphalt millings, a modified single seal coat, slurry seal and modified fog seal for certain municipalities are also solicited. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% ofthe bid made payable to Harborcreek Township. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
