The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service has a requirement for the Design, Construction, and Rehabilitation of Upper Lake Dam to provide for Modernizations, Water Management Improvements, and All Associated Appurtenances. The Upper Lake Dam consists of Pahranagat Drain Inlet, access system, water monitoring system, (2) existing 24-inch diameter emergency water conveyance culverts, an open ditch water delivery system, a closed pipe water delivery system, approximately (7) water control structures / culvert structures, water monitoring stations and instrumentation, grassland habitat and riparian habitat. Pahranagat National Wildlife Refuge (PNWR) is located at Mile Post 32, Highway 93, Alamo, NV, 89001 (Project Coordinates: 37.286806, -115.120787). This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. This will be a Firm Fixed Priced Contract and Award will be based on a Best Value: Tradeoff Evaluation.
