City of Boston PWD Street Lighting Seeks to Purchase a Quantity of 20 Aluminum Poles That Match the Dimension and Bolt Patterns in the Attached Cut Sheet. Bid will be awarded to lowest TOTAL responsive and responsible bidder meeting all specifications. Performance under this Contract shall include services rendered, obligations due, costs incurred, goods and deliverables provided and accepted by City. The City shall have a reasonable opportunity to inspect all goods and deliverables, services performed by, and work product of the Contractor, and accept or reject such goods, deliverables, services, or work product.
