The City of Provo, Utah is seeking to hire a qualified and motivated firm to provide Construction Manager At-Risk services for a new SRE building to be located at approximately 3451 West 550 South Provo, Utah. The new SRE building is projected to be approximately 33,700 square feet. The design will consider accommodations for a future 15,000 square foot expansion. The new SRE building will contain equipment storage space, maintenance bay(s), shops, an office/administration area, and crew quarters. Provo City projects a total construction budget of approximately $12,500,000 million. The City of Provo will administer the design, funding, construction, maintenance, and operation of the facility. Portions of the Project are being funded by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) which will require adherence to federal funding guidelines as required by the FAA. The City anticipates using a Construction Manager At-Risk (CMAR) management approach for this Project and expects to select the CMAR prior to the Schematic Design Phase (30% Design).
