Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Provo, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

WORK PRIMARILY CONSISTS OF: Paving parking lots, roadways, and roundabouts at the new Provo City Regional Sports Park. Project Description A. The Provo City Regional Sports Park is being constructed to provide the city and surrounding community with twenty-one multi-use fields, forty-five pickleball courts facilities and park amenities. The first phase (north side of the park) is scheduled to be completed by September 2024, this project will pave the roadways and parking lots. B. This project includes final road grading, paving of the roadways and parking lots, raising utilities, and paint striping. The road base has been installed with a previous phase of the project but will require fine grading/touch up prior paving operations. All the curb and gutter, and other concrete curbing, have been installed. COMPLETION OF WORK: The WORK must be completed by August 1, 2024. Question Deadline March 25, 2024, 2:00 p.m. MST. BID BONDS A. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Bid Bond will be returned to each unsuccessful Bidder after tabulation and award of the Construction Contract. CONTRACT TIME It is anticipated that the Notice to Proceed will be issued around April 29, 2024. The Work will be Substantially Complete by August 1, 2024.
