Work Primarily Consists of: Roadway and Trail Construction; Storm Water, Water, and Power Utility Installation; Curb and Gutter, Sidewalk, Asphalt Paving, Lighting, and Paint Striping. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Bid Bond will be returned to each unsuccessful Bidder after tabulation and award of the Construction Contract. Provo City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid if deemed to be in the best interest of Provo City A. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. Unsealed or segregated Bids will not be accepted.
