As of March 29, 2024, bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. No definite date for rebid. CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT A. Qualified Contractor's are invited to submit a solicitation packet on the Construction Contract known as Provo Westside Sewer Outfall - Lakeview Parkway Gravity Sewer 620 N to 1700 N. B. The location of the work is: Provo Utah The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, the following: Installation of approximately 6,300 linear feet 21-inch, SDR-35 PVC Pipe, associated manholes. The work includes a Base Bid and 2 Additive Alternates. C. For information about the Construction Contract, contact Lane Peirce, Project Engineer at (801) 852-7788. CONTRACT TIME A. Work for Schedule A - Base Bid may start any time after the Notice to Proceed but must be Substantially Complete by August 30, 2024. Once work is started, it must be completed. Notify the Engineer 2 weeks before the start of construction. Deadline for Contractor Questions..........................12:00 pm, February 28, 2024 Anticipated Notice to Proceed (Tentative).................................. April 3, 2024
