DFCM Division Facilities and Construction and Management. Professional engineering svcs incl civil engineering, landscape consulting, programming/master planning, architectural & engineering design/consulting, inspection certification svcs, testing/geotechnical, hazardous materials service, commissioning svcs. DFCM is seeking assistance with the design and construction administration on a design bid - build project to remodel the Provo Regional Center. The 1st phase will include all new energy-efficient windows for the entire building and remodeling of the office space on the 4th floor and all of the building's restrooms. The design will encompass all plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems including all existing drainage piping etc. This 1st phase will also explore the redesign of the building's entire HVAC controls and VAV systems, including mechanical piping.
