Description

Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Provo, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.

Scope of Work Remove and dispose of existing boiler. Remove and dispose of existing building loop pumps. Replace two existing building loop pumps and install new piping with new check valves for proper flow (pumps to be Patterson or Taco closed couple) Install four (4) Ultra High efficiency boilers 399.000 BTU 96% efficient. (Well Mclain evergreen) Bollers must have stainless steel heat exchangers. Boiler injection pumps must be sized properly and be Grundfoss cartridge pumps. Install fresh air and exhaust flues strait up out of roof, each boller will have individual intake and flue. Re-pipe building and boilers into the injection style system.
