Request for Proposal for engineering/planning services to conduct a feasibility/safety study of the Main Street (SR25) corridor in Bowling Green to improve pedestrian and bicycle safety. The section of Main Street to be studied has a southern limit of Napoleon Road and a northern limit of Newton Road (approximately 2.5 miles). In the downtown area, the parallel side streets of Church Street and Prospect Street would also be studied as outlined in the Scope of Work.
