Scope of Work description titled "Specifications for Spotsylvania County Wastewater Treatment Chemicals Question Deadline 03/20/2024 at 12:00 AM ET: Questions and Inquiries from Bidders must be received by the Spotsylvania County Procurement Division Questions must be emailed to Tanja Steele, Procurement Officer I, at TSteele@spotsylvania.va.us. The County is not responsible for verbal clarification of information provided by parties other than staff of the Procurement Division. Worker's Compensation Insurance in compliance with all states in which the Contractor does business, including coverage B Employer's Liability in not less that the following amounts: a. Bodily Injury by accident, $100,000 for each accident; b. Bodily Injury by disease, $500,000 policy limit; c. Bodily Injury by disease, $100,000 for each employee; General Liability Insurance in amount not less than $1,000,000 for any occurrence involving bodily injury, and not less than $1,000,000 for any occurrence involving property damage. This coverage shall include contractual liability, broad form property damage, independent contractors, and personal injury; Automobile Liability Insurance in an amount not less than $1,000,000 combined single limit bodily injury and property damage. This coverage shall include liability for the use of hired and non-owned vehicle. Any contract(s) resulting from this Invitation for Bid shall have a term limit from date of award through July 31, 2025 The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part and to waive any informalities prior to making an award
