RE-BID JEFFERSON STREET PARKING GARAGE - 2024 REPAIRS Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers, check or bid bond payable to the City Treasurer of the City of Perth Amboy, as a guarantee that of contracts is awarded to him, he will enter into a contract, therefore. The amount deposited shall be ten percent (10%) of the bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00. The Contractor shall employ only competent workers to do the work. They must be experienced and skilled in the particular kind of work they are expected to perform. The City reserves the right, at its option, to reject any or all bids or waive any informalities, defects, errors or omissions, irregularities in any or all bids if it is in the best interest of the Owner to do so and to award only to those whose proposal id deemed by the Owner to be most advantageous to the interest of the Owner.
