**As of May 22, 2024, the project was awarded to Kaser Design, but the awarded amount is not available.** The A&I Procurement Office will receive proposals for providing renovations and enhancements at the Northeast and Southeast Wyoming Welcome Centers for the State of Wyoming. The purpose of this project is to implement renovations and enhancements at the Northeast and Southeast Wyoming Welcome Centers. The primary objective is to enhance visitation and increase the length of stay throughout the state. Each question should be submitted individually. It is the proposer responsibility to check the Public Purchase online bidding system for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. Telephone calls, emails or faxes may not be accepted. Welcome Centers Renovation and Enhancement Tentative Work Begins Date June 2024; Completion- by April 1, 2025. Scope- Renovate and enhance exhibits at the Northeast and Southeast Wyoming Welcome Centers, including updating and replacing indoor and outdoor interpretive signage, removing and replacing broken and outdated interactive exhibit elements, replacing monitors, replacing wall murals, and making recommendations for and installing additional enhancements. The overarching goal is to enhance visitation at the Welcome Centers and increase visitor's length of stay in Wyoming. 1.1 Replacement of indoor and outdoor interpretive signs: The primary objective is to update the interpretive signs to include the most recent and accurate information and better align with the strategic objectives and best practices for interpretive language. 1.1.1 At the Northeast Wyoming Welcome Center, design, produce and install seven outdoor and eleven indoor interpretive signs. The outdoor signs are 42" x 24" and the indoor signs are 24" x 42". 1.1.2 At the Southeast Wyoming Welcome Center, design, produce and install 7 interpretive wall mural panels, 12 outdoor interpretive signs and posts and 23 indoor interpretive signs, including: 1.1.2.1 Five wall mural panels in the lobby, three are 59" x 112", one that is 94" x 124", and one that is 168" x 124". 1.1.2.2 Two wall mural panels that are 118" x 73". 1.1.2.3 Twelve outdoor interpretive signs and posts, 11 that are 36" x 21" and one that is 30" x 20". 1.1.2.4 Seventeen wall-mounted indoor interpretive signs, 12 that are 24" x 42", 4 that are 27" x 48" and one that is 30" x 30". 1.1.2.5 Six display-mounted indoor interpretive signs, three that are 50" x 14", two that are 48" x 15" and one that is 23" x 14". Replacement of interactive exhibit elements. 1.2.1 Remove two push button display elements in the Wild West and Winter Wonderful exhibits at the Northeast Wyoming Welcome Center. Design, produce and install two new elements appropriate for the existing exhibits and install any additional recommended changes to the exhibit. 1.2.2 Remove one monitor and two push button display elements in the Crossroads of the Nation and Winter Wilderness exhibits at the Southeast Wyoming Welcome Center. Design, produce and install new elements appropriate for the existing exhibits and install any additional recommended changes. 1.2.3 Remove one monitor and keyboard display element and design, produce and install a new element appropriate for the existing exhibit at the Southeast Wyoming Welcome Center. Install any additional recommended changes to the exhibit. Replace wall murals, if recommended. 1.3.1 Remove and replace three floor to ceiling wall murals at the Northeast Wyoming Welcome Center. One extends 28'4" and two are 9' long. 1.3.2 Remove and replace two floor to ceiling wall murals at the Southeast Wyoming Welcome Center. One extends 48'4" and one is 24'10" long. 1.4 Evaluate the Northeast and Southeast Wyoming Welcome Center buildings and sites to make recommendations and install recommendations to further enhance the visitor experience.
