Q&A Deadline April 2nd, 2024 SCOPE OF WORK The landscape work involves mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding grass areas. Work will consist primarily of mowing, trimming and edging throughout the Airport limits. Provide three (3) annual fertilizations. Provide three (3) annual weed control applications. Services must be available on the schedule set forth by the airport: Performed once weekly Monday -Friday. The Cheyenne Regional Airport Board reserves the right at any time to modify, waive, or otherwise vary the terms and conditions of this Bid including, but not limited to, the deadlines for submission, the submission requirements and the Scope of Work. The Airport further reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, to cancel or withdraw this Bid at any time. The Proposer, who is otherwise responsible and competent, and submits the lowest responsive and responsible Response, shall, subject to the conditions, limitations and restrictions previously set forth herein, be awarded the Bid, subject to the discretion of the Airport as previously outlined herein and the negotiation of a mutually acceptable Contract with the Airport. The term of this Landscaping Service contract will be for an initial one (1) year time period, with an option to renew four (4) additional one (1) year terms. The Airport further reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, to cancel or withdraw this Bid at any time. The Proposer, who is otherwise responsible and competent, and submits the lowest responsive and responsible Response, shall, subject to the conditions, limitations and restrictions previously set forth herein, be awarded the Bid, subject to the discretion of the Airport as previously outlined herein and the negotiation of a mutually acceptable Contract with the Airport.
