Salt Trenching and Boring for Electrical Services. The Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or technical defects in bids, and unless otherwise specified by the Agency or by the Contractor, to accept any item or group of items in the bid, as may be in the best interest of the Agency. The Procurement Services Manager reserves the right to approve or reject any proposed equals that are a variation from Agency specifications or requirements. The Contractor shall procure all permits and licenses, pay all charges, fees and taxes and give all notices necessary and incidental to the due and lawful prosecution of the work. No residency preference shall be granted to any contractor who has not participated in the prevailing wage survey as required by W.S. 27-4-405(a). Prevailing wage survey participation is not required to qualify as a resident supplier.
