WSA intends to engage a General Contractor to a) construct a new dam at the outlet of Cowan Lake, and b) demolish and remove the existing dam. The scope of work generally includes: Clearing & grubbing; Care of water including cofferdams and bypass channel; Earthworks; Piling; Cast-in-place concrete; Supply & installation of safety booms and associated anchors; Embankment construction including sheet piling; Supply & installation of radial and vertical lift gates and associated mechanical actuators; Supply & installation of precast concrete elements (bridge girders, box culverts); Supply & erection of pre-engineered metal building; Fabrication & installation of decking, railings, hoist monorails, stoplogs, trash racks, and other miscellaneous metals; Supply, installation and commissioning of monorail hoists; Electrical, instrumentation & controls Supply and installation of chain link fencing; Supply and installation public safety signage and Demolition and site restoration services including grass seeding Deadline for Questions: February 13, 2026, at 2:00:00 p.m. local SK time Documents are available at www.sasktenders.ca Question deadline changed to February 20, 2026, at 2:00:00 PM local SK time as per Addendum 2.
