Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Lansing, Michigan. Design plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Michigan State Police is requesting Proposals from qualified Architectural/Engineering Firms to provide (Phase 500 - 700) professional services for the design and construction administration of (3) parking lot repair projects in multiple location- Iron Mountain, Calumet, and Negaunee. The objective of this project is to: Perform a Topographic Survey of all three locations. Boring/coring - locate and address any insufficient base material. Address/Correct any drainage issues. Confirm any accessible routes required and adjust grading and signing as appropriate. Recommend proper repairs. Repave parking lots. Restripe parking lots. Coordination with MDOT/City for any ROW Construction Permits Construction Budget: MSP has allocated 1.0 Million for the completion of this project. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
