DMVA Bay Door and Mechanical Gate Maintenance, Repair and Replacement Services This schedule identifies the anticipated requirements of any Contract resulting from this RFP. The term "Contractor" in this document refers to a bidder responding to this RFP, as well as the Contractor who is awarded the contract. The term "Bidder" is used to identify where specific responses to the RFP are required. The Contractor must respond to each requirement or question and explain how it will fulfill each requirement. Attach any supplemental information and appropriately reference within your response. BACKGROUND The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA) requires bay door and mechanical gates preventative maintenance, repair, and replacement services at the following DMVA locations; Joint Force Headquarters in Lansing MI (JFHQ), Grand Ledge Army Airfield (GLAFF) in Grand Ledge MI, Fort Custer Training Center (FCTC) in Augusta MI, Camp Grayling (CG) in Grayling MI, and DMVA armories throughout the lower peninsula of Michigan. The upper peninsula of Michigan is not included with this RFP. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, transportation, and equipment necessary to provide preventative maintenance of bay doors, mechanical gates and their operators (no matter the type) as well as diagnose, repair, or replace these items. The DMVA reserves the right to award multiple contracts by region. See attachment A, regional map and attachment B, map with the Army and Air Guard locations identified for bidding purposes. Bidders may bid regionally, but the entire lower peninsula is preferred. identified that non-stock parts are required, the Contractor must provide a lead-time for the parts, quote and provide estimated time on when the Emergency work will be completed to the on-site Program Manager.
