Renovation of an educational facility in Lansing, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Lansing School District will receive bids for Project: SO-1797 Pattengill Elementary Modular Classroom Bid Package #2, at 519 W. Kalamazoo St., Lansing, MI 48933. A bid security bond of 5% is required to be submitted with each bid. You can also contact the Lansing School District Purchasing Office at (517) 755-3030 for more information on where bid documents can be viewed. A Performance and Payment bond will be required upon award of the contract to the successful bidder. The Lansing School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, and to accept the bid or portion of the bid that, in their opinion, best serves the interests of the Lansing School District. All questions must be in writing and should be directed to Jon Laing, Chief Financial Officer at: Projects@lansingschools.net, no later than 5:00 PM on Friday, April 12, 2024. Addendums will be posted on the Lansing School District's web-site and SIGMA as they are issued.
