Rehabilitate Elevators - HVAC Work The Undersigned certifies the ability and willingness to exert good faith efforts to achieve the goals for Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses participation as set forth in the Supplementary Conditions. MBE Goal: 15% WBE Goal: 15% SDVOB Goal: 3% Estimated Cost: $250,000 - $500,000 Bid Deposit: $20,000.00 A Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond, each in an amount equal to the contract sum, shall be supplied with the executed Agreement and shall be the statutory form of public bonds required by Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law. The Office of General Services reserves the right to reject any or all bids *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. 30% for MWBE participation, 15% for Minority-Owned Business Enterprises ("MBE") participation and 15% for Women-Owned Business Enterprises ("WBE") participation. Construction, Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical Work Contracts only (45832- C, P, H, & E) Substantially complete the Work within 1106 days . Physically complete the Work within 90 days after each established Substantial Completion date.
