As of July 15, 2025, per owner, awarded engineer identified, no current schedule for construction. Contractor not selected yet. The work entails the study of sewer service of the area north of Colbern Road, South of Woods Chapel Road and bounded on the west by I-470 and east by Lake Jacomo. The area is prime for development but has no current sewer service. The study will provide, proposed improvements, improvement locations, improvement sizing, and cost estimates for all improvements. Once completed the study may lead into a design contract for the improvements proposed and potentially construction phase services. Time is of the essence in this work. Submittals should include proposed schedule to complete the study and availability for follow-on work such as design. Recommendations for time saving options may be included in this proposal.
