Site work for a water / sewer project in Essex Jct, Vermont. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of excavating a sufficient area around the storm structure and dismantling the structure to a sufficient depth to perform the elevation adjustment. The existing grates, frames, covers, and concrete structure and riser tops to be reused and shall be thoroughly cleaned of mortar prior to installation. Once the Contractor has made the necessary grade adjustment they shall then install Subbase backfill as needed up to the bottom of pavement elevation and install a base course of Type II pavement, The Town of Essex invites you to prepare a Bid for the 2024 Kellogg Road Stormwater Rehabilitation Project. Work associated with this Project is to be completed by August 1st, 2024.
