The Town of Essex invites you to prepare a Bid for the Town of Essex 2024 Sand Hill Road Outfall Project. Work includes the replacement of 160 ft. of 18" storm pipe and the installation of a stone outfall. Questions can be directed to the Town Public Works at (802) 878 - 1344. Work associated with this Project is to be completed by September 1st, 2024. All questions related to this Invitation to Bid shall be received by July 17th, 2024 and directed to either the Town of Essex Water Quality Director, Annie Costandi, P.E., or the Town Staff Engineer, Dan Gregoire, E.I., at 81 Main Street, Essex Junction, VT 05452. Phone (802) 878-1344, or email at acostandi@essex.org, or dgregoire@essex.org. The date of completion for all WORK is therefore September 3rd, 2024.
