RFP Number .: 25242042 Project Numbers-State/Federal . : CFHWY00909 / 0A31067, CFHWY00956 / 0504010, & CFHWY00600 / 0001691 Project Site (City, Village, etc.) .. : Anchorage, Alaska Design services may include Environmental Activities, Surveying, Right of Way Mapping, Geotechnical Investigations/Recommendations, Hydraulic/Hydrologic Design, Electrical Design, Traffic and Safety Analysis, Design Study Report, Public Involvement, Erosion and Sediment Control Plan, Plans, Specifications and Estimates, Utility Agreements, Right of Way Appraisal and Acquisition, Assistance During Bidding, Assistance with Design Project Closeout, and Assistance During Construction. The Contractor will be the lead designer for the Seward Hwy and Tudor Rd Interchange Reconstruction project. The Contracting Agency reserves the right to add design support services for AMATS: Rabbit Creek Rd Rehabilitation and design support services for AMATS Potter Drive Rehabilitation projects. The Contractor shall provide professional services for the design and advertising of the above named project, and two (2) additional projects. The first project will replace Tudor Road Overcrossing at the Seward Highway to meet current standards. It will improve turning movements and non-motorized accommodations to address safety concerns. It will rehabilitate interchange ramps and intersections to meet the new bridge configuration, as needed. The Contractor will be the lead designer for this project. Anticipated services are described in the Statement of Services. The additional two (2) projects are AMATS: Rabbit Creek Road Rehabilitation and AMATS: Potter Drive Rehabilitation.
