Description of Work: The project includes Rooms 3201, 3515, 3515A, 3517, 3630, 3631, which will become two research lab suites and minor clean-up and sheling of the old vivarium space. Suite 3201 and Suite C projects will include new partitions, doors, storefront, two skylights, finishes, mil work, HVAC modification, lights and electrical work and new sinks. Future Lab Suite A, B, and 3631 work includes new partitions, doors and HVAC modifications. 745 ASF for 3515, 710 ASF for 3201.
