Renovation of a mixed-use development in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development; and parking garage.
The scope of the work includes the following: *windows, *exterior house siding and garage on sides A & C, *soffit/fascia house and garage, *side B stoop components, *exterior doors, exterior doors (remove the existing screen door and install a new solid core storm/screen door to the front entry, *garage door and service door, gutters, electric, flooring 1st floor except for bedroom and bathroom (add birch underlayment as needed and install sheet vinyl), flooring 1st floor bedroom & 2nd floor bedrooms, hallway and stairs (install new carpet), kitchen repair (remove and dispose of the current countertops, sink, faucet and install new laminate countertops, sink, faucet and include all plumbing costs) garage repair (patch deteriorated concrete blocks on the garage), *lead in dust hazard clean up (window sills and floors) Due to the presence of lead base paint in areas to be repaired, contractors bidding that portion marked with an * must have a lead safe renovator or abatement supervisor card valid in the State of Wisconsin.
