The City of Vero Beach, Florida, in conformance with the Consultants' Competitive Negotiations Act (CCNA), Florida Statutes Section 287.055, et seq., and the policies and procedures of the City of Vero Beach (City) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (Proposal) from qualified construction manager at risk (CMAR) firms that are interested in providing construction services related to the City's new 5.0-mgd water reclamation facility (WRF) to be constructed adjacent to the City's existing water treatment plant (WTP). The City reserves the right to delay awarding of a contract for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days after opening of proposals, to waive informalities in any proposal, and to reject any or all proposals in whole or in part with or without cause and/or to accept the proposal that, in the City's sole judgment, will serve the best interest of the City of Vero Beach, Florida.
