Carpet Cleaning The School District of Indian River County requests interested parties to submit formal sealed bids/proposals for the above-referenced solicitation. Scope of Work The purpose of this solicitation is to solicit Competitive Bids for carpet and furniture cleaning services as described herein: This Invitation to Bid (ITB) is issued to secure prices and establish a Term Contract with multiple vendors for cleaning services at all Indian River County schools and buildings. The services include annual carpet cleaning, annual area rug cleaning, annual furniture cleaning; and weather or emergency-related carpet cleaning, area carpet cleaning, and furniture cleaning. The District estimates the yearly spend will be $50,000 and is at the Districts discretion.
