Site work for a civil project in Arlington Heights, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work under this contract includes, but is not limited to: sanitary sewer and casing pipe construction; retaining wall and moment slab removal and replacement; pavement markings; temporary erosion and sediment control; landscaping; utility protection; and maintenance of traffic during construction A completed Questionnaire and a statement of current contractual obligations on forms supplied by the Illinois Tollway will be required from all bidders. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the amount of five (5%) per cent of the total amount shown in the bid for the contract. The Bid Guaranty shall be in the form of an acceptable bid bond or a bank draft, certified check or cashier's check drawn on a solvent bank made payable to the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority. Question Deadline 03/26/2024 at 2:00 PM CT Questions pertaining to the intent of the contract documents may be sent to the linois Tollway, altention 9240D.9295_Questions@docs.e-builder.net. Award of the above contract, if any award be made, will be to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder or bidders. The Illinois Tollway reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technicalities, or cancel the solicitation.
