Renovation of a municipal facility in Los Angeles, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
SCOPE OF WORK Lock out/tag out electrical to equipment to be replaced. Recover refrigerant per EPA rule 1415. Remove piping, electrical, and seismic fasteners from chiller. Utilize crane to rig old chiller from rooftop and the new chiller to the rooftop. Anchor chiller per structural calculations. Make pipe connections with new trim. Insulate piping to match existing fiberglass w/ aluminum jacket. Terminate line power and control power. Setup network communications with existing Carrier IVu. Start machine and check operations. Work to be performed after-hours, preferably on weekends, so as not to disrupt weekday operations and for safety reasons. Delivery is requested within 30 weeks
