Scope - Furnish all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation necessary to provide and service trash dumpsters and single-stream (mixed) recycling at Tully Lake and Birch Hill Dam, Royalston, MA. Services are to be provided in accordance with the following scope of work and schedule. Work shall be performed in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of the Technical Point of Contact. Location - Tully Lake is located at 2 Athol-Richmond Road, Royalston, MA. Birch Hill Dam is located at 68 Birch Hill Dam Road, Royalston, MA. Technical Point of Contact - The Technical Point of Contact for this contract will be Park Ranger Cole LaRose. Park Ranger LaRose can be reached by phone at (978-318-8707) or by email: cole.g.larose@usace.army.mil. Site Visit - An appointment can be made by contacting the Technical Point of Contact, Park Ranger LaRose. Site visits are generally scheduled between 7:00am and 3:00pm Monday through Friday. Schedule - The Base Year period of performance is from contract award, expected on or around 01 April 2024 through 31 March 2025. In addition, the Government may exercise two (2) optional years with the same scope of services. The first optional year would include a period of performance from 01 April 2025 through 31 March 2026. The second optional year would include a period of performance from 01 April 2026 through 31 March 2027.
