Sealed bids are invited for the renovation of Old Dominion University's Buildings 9 & 10 at the Village Apartments, Norfolk, VA 23529. The Scope of Work shall consist of furnishing all equipment, superintendence, labor, skill and material necessary for the renovation of the existing Village Apartments, Buildings 9 & 10. All work shall be completed in accordance with the attached scope of work and schedule. Anticipated construction period is on or about May 13, 2024, with a final completion of August 1, 2024. a. A Bid Bond equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. b. Both the Standard Performance Bond and Standard Labor and Material Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the accepted bid will be required of successful low bidder.
